Diese Webseite ist eine rein statische Internetseite ohne Benutzerkonten, ohne Cookies zu Analyse- oder Werbezwecken und ohne Einbindung von Tracking-Diensten. Personenbezogene Daten werden nur verarbeitet, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung der Webseite oder zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfragen erforderlich ist.

3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Webseite wird bei der dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Webseite verarbeitet der Hoster automatisch Informationen in sogenannten Server-Logfiles, die Ihr Browser übermittelt (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp und -version, Betriebssystem, Referrer-URL). Diese Daten dienen der Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs, der Fehleranalyse und der Abwehr von Angriffen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der sicheren Bereitstellung der Webseite). Mit dem Hoster wurde ein Vertrag über Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO geschlossen.

4. Kontaktformular (Formspree)

Für das Kontaktformular nutzen wir den Dienst Formspree (Formspree Inc., 1250 Capital of Texas Hwy S, Austin, TX 78746, USA). Wenn Sie das Formular absenden, werden die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Betreff, Nachricht) über Formspree an uns per E-Mail weitergeleitet. Formspree verarbeitet die Daten in unserem Auftrag; dabei kann eine Übermittlung in die USA stattfinden. Formspree ist nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage) bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. 5. Kontakt per Telefon, E-Mail, WhatsApp und Telegram

Wenn Sie uns per Telefon, E-Mail, WhatsApp oder Telegram kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen mitgeteilten Daten (z. B. Name, Rufnummer, Nachrichteninhalt) zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

6. Eingebettete Videos (YouTube und Vimeo) – Klick-zum-Laden

Auf der Seite „Zeitraffer“ sind Videos von YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) und Vimeo (Vimeo Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA) eingebunden. Wir verwenden eine Zwei-Klick-Lösung: Beim Aufruf der Seite wird zunächst nur ein lokal gespeichertes Vorschaubild angezeigt – es werden keine Daten an YouTube oder Vimeo übertragen. Erst wenn Sie ein Video aktiv anklicken, wird es nachgeladen; YouTube wird dabei im erweiterten Datenschutzmodus über youtube-nocookie.com eingebunden, Vimeo mit dem Parameter „Do Not Track“. Ab dem Klick verarbeitet der jeweilige Anbieter Ihre IP-Adresse und ggf. weitere Daten; dabei kann eine Übermittlung in die USA stattfinden. 7. Downloads

Auf dieser Webseite angebotene Dateien (z. B. PDF-Dokumente oder Programme) werden direkt von unserem Webserver ausgeliefert. Dabei fallen nur die unter Punkt 3 beschriebenen Server-Logdaten an.

Diese Webseite enthält Links zu externen Webseiten (z. B. Facebook, Instagram, Adobe Stock, BoD-Buchshop, atelier-34.de). Beim Anklicken eines solchen Links verlassen Sie unsere Webseite; für die Datenverarbeitung auf den verlinkten Seiten sind deren Betreiber verantwortlich. 9. Datenschutz in der App „Fotografenwetter" (iOS und Android)

Die App Fotografenwetter (im englischsprachigen App Store bzw. Play Store „Photographer's Weather") gibt es für iOS (Apple App Store) und Android (Google Play Store) und hilft Fotograf:innen, gute Licht- und Wetterbedingungen für ihre Standorte zu finden. Beide Versionen kommen ohne Benutzerkonto aus und enthalten keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Dienste Dritter. Wo sich die beiden Versionen bei der Datenverarbeitung unterscheiden, ist das im Folgenden jeweils getrennt angegeben.

Standort: Mit Ihrer Erlaubnis nutzt die App Ihren Gerätestandort, um Sonnen- und Mondzeiten sowie Wetterbedingungen für Ihren Ort zu berechnen. Der Standort wird ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät verarbeitet und nicht an uns übertragen oder von uns gespeichert (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Sie können den Standortzugriff jederzeit in den System-Einstellungen widerrufen; alternativ lässt sich der Standort auch manuell über die Kartenauswahl oder Ortssuche in der App festlegen.

Wetterdaten: Zur Anzeige von Wettervorhersagen übermittelt die App die gewählten Koordinaten an einen Wetterdienst. Unter iOS ist das Apple WeatherKit (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA) — es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple, weitere Hinweise: weatherkit.apple.com/legal-attribution.html. Unter Android ist das Open-Meteo (Open-Meteo.com) — weitere Hinweise: open-meteo.com/en/terms. Für diese Verarbeitung ist jeweils der genannte Wetterdienst verantwortlich.

Regenradar: Bei aktivem Regen-Hinweis kann optional ein Regenradar angezeigt werden, auf Basis von Kartendaten von Apple Maps (iOS) bzw. OpenStreetMap (Android) sowie Radarkacheln des Dienstes RainViewer (RainViewer LLC) auf beiden Plattformen. Dabei werden die Kartenkoordinaten des gewählten Ausschnitts an die jeweiligen Anbieter übertragen.

Benachrichtigungen: Erinnerungen (z. B. an die goldene Stunde oder an wahrscheinlichen Nebel) werden ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät geplant und angezeigt. Es findet keine Übertragung an einen Server statt, auch keine E-Mail- oder Push-Benachrichtigung über Dritte.

Synchronisierung zwischen Geräten: Unter iOS, wenn Sie bei iCloud angemeldet sind, können Ihre Favoriten und Einstellungen über Ihr persönliches iCloud-Konto (Apple CloudKit) zwischen Ihren Geräten synchronisiert werden. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich in Ihrem eigenen iCloud-Account gespeichert; wir als Entwickler haben keinerlei Zugriff darauf. Es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Unter Android gibt es aktuell keine Synchronisierung zwischen Geräten: Favoriten und Einstellungen werden ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.

Speicherdauer: Alle Einstellungen, Favoriten und Erinnerungen verbleiben lokal auf Ihrem Gerät (unter iOS ggf. zusätzlich in Ihrem iCloud-Account), bis Sie diese in der App ändern, löschen oder die App deinstallieren.

Rechtsgrundlage der beschriebenen Verarbeitungen ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Erbringung der von Ihnen genutzten App-Funktionen) sowie, soweit einschlägig, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer funktionsfähigen App).

10. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen folgende Rechte hinsichtlich Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten:

11. Speicherdauer (Webseite)

Anfragen per Kontaktformular, E-Mail oder Messenger werden gelöscht, sobald sie abschließend bearbeitet sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen. Zur Speicherdauer app-bezogener Daten siehe Abschnitt 9.

This website is a purely static website with no user accounts, no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes, and no embedded tracking services. Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to provide the website or to handle your inquiries.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany. When you access the website, the host automatically processes information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL). This data is used to ensure smooth operation, error analysis and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.

4. Contact Form (Formspree)

For the contact form we use the service Formspree (Formspree Inc., 1250 Capital of Texas Hwy S, Austin, TX 78746, USA). When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email address, subject, message) is forwarded to us by email via Formspree. Formspree processes the data on our behalf; this may involve a transfer to the USA. Formspree is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your request) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data is used solely to process your request and is not shared with third parties. 5. Contact via Phone, Email, WhatsApp and Telegram

If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, message content) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Embedded Videos (YouTube and Vimeo) – Click-to-Load

The "Zeitraffer" (timelapse) page embeds videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Vimeo (Vimeo Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA). We use a two-click solution: when the page loads, only a locally stored preview image is shown at first – no data is sent to YouTube or Vimeo. Only once you actively click a video is it loaded; YouTube is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com, Vimeo with the "Do Not Track" parameter set. From the moment you click, the respective provider processes your IP address and possibly further data; this may involve a transfer to the USA. 7. Downloads

Files offered on this website (e.g. PDF documents or programs) are delivered directly by our web server. Only the server log data described in section 3 is generated in the process.

8. External Links

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Adobe Stock, the BoD book shop, atelier-34.de). Clicking such a link takes you away from our website; the operators of the linked sites are responsible for data processing there. No social media plugins are embedded – the links are plain references.

9. Privacy in the App "Fotografenwetter" (iOS and Android)

The app Fotografenwetter (listed as "Photographer's Weather" in the English-language App Store / Play Store) is available for iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) and helps photographers find good light and weather conditions for their locations. Both versions require no user account and contain no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics services. Where the two versions differ in how they process data, this is noted separately below.

Location: With your permission, the app uses your device's location to calculate sun and moon times as well as weather conditions for your location. Your location is processed exclusively on your device and is neither transmitted to us nor stored by us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can revoke location access at any time in your device's Settings; alternatively, the location can also be set manually via the map picker or place search within the app.

Weather data: To display weather forecasts, the app transmits the selected coordinates to a weather service. On iOS this is Apple WeatherKit (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA) — Apple's Privacy Policy applies, further information: weatherkit.apple.com/legal-attribution.html. On Android this is Open-Meteo (Open-Meteo.com) — further information: open-meteo.com/en/terms. Each named weather service is responsible for its own processing.

Rain radar: When a rain notice is active, an optional rain radar may be displayed based on map data from Apple Maps (iOS) or OpenStreetMap (Android), plus radar tiles from the RainViewer service (RainViewer LLC) on both platforms. The map coordinates of the selected area are transmitted to the respective providers.

Notifications: Reminders (e.g. for the golden hour or likely fog) are scheduled and displayed exclusively locally on your device. No data is transmitted to a server, and no email or push notification is sent via third parties.

Syncing between devices: On iOS, if you are signed in to iCloud, your favourites and settings can be synchronised between your devices via your personal iCloud account (Apple CloudKit). This data is stored exclusively in your own iCloud account; we as the developer have no access to it whatsoever. Apple's Privacy Policy applies. On Android there is currently no cross-device syncing: favourites and settings are stored exclusively locally on your device.

Storage duration: All settings, favourites and reminders remain locally on your device (on iOS, additionally in your iCloud account, if applicable) until you change or delete them in the app, or uninstall the app.

The legal basis for the processing described above is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (provision of the app features you use) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning app).

UU.). Utilizamos una solución de dos clics: al abrir la página solo se muestra al principio una imagen de vista previa almacenada localmente; no se transmite ningún dato a YouTube o Vimeo. El vídeo solo se carga cuando usted hace clic activamente en él; YouTube se integra en el modo de privacidad ampliada a través deyoutube-nocookie.com, y Vimeo con el parámetro «Do Not Track». A partir del clic, el proveedor correspondiente trata su dirección IP y, en su caso, otros datos; esto puede implicar una transferencia a EE. UU. 9. Protección de datos en la app «Fotografenwetter» (iOS y Android)

La aplicación Fotografenwetter (en la App Store/Play Store en inglés, «Photographer's Weather») está disponible para iOS (Apple App Store) y Android (Google Play Store), y ayuda a los fotógrafos y las fotógrafas a encontrar buenas condiciones de luz y de meteorología para sus ubicaciones. Ambas versiones funcionan sin cuenta de usuario y no contienen publicidad, ni seguimiento, ni servicios de análisis de terceros. Cuando las dos versiones difieren en el tratamiento de datos, se indica por separado a continuación.

Ubicación: Con su permiso, la app utiliza la ubicación de su dispositivo para calcular las horas de salida y puesta del sol y de la luna, así como las condiciones meteorológicas de su lugar. La ubicación se trata exclusivamente en su dispositivo y no se nos transmite ni la almacenamos (art. 6(1)(b) RGPD). Puede revocar el acceso a la ubicación en cualquier momento en los ajustes de su dispositivo; como alternativa, la ubicación también puede establecerse manualmente mediante el selector de mapa o la búsqueda de lugares dentro de la app.

Datos meteorológicos: Para mostrar las previsiones meteorológicas, la app transmite las coordenadas seleccionadas a un servicio meteorológico. En iOS es Apple WeatherKit (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, EE. UU.) — se aplica la Política de privacidad de Apple, más información: weatherkit.apple.com/legal-attribution.html. En Android es Open-Meteo (Open-Meteo.com) — más información: open-meteo.com/en/terms. De cada tratamiento es responsable el servicio meteorológico correspondiente.

Radar de lluvia: Cuando el aviso de lluvia está activo, opcionalmente puede mostrarse un radar de lluvia basado en datos cartográficos de Apple Maps (iOS) o de OpenStreetMap (Android), además de teselas de radar del servicio RainViewer (RainViewer LLC) en ambas plataformas. En ese caso, las coordenadas cartográficas del área seleccionada se transmiten a los proveedores correspondientes.

Notificaciones: Los recordatorios (p. ej. de la hora dorada o de niebla probable) se programan y se muestran exclusivamente de forma local en su dispositivo. No se transmiten a ningún servidor, ni se envía ninguna notificación por correo electrónico o push a través de terceros.

Sincronización entre dispositivos: En iOS, si ha iniciado sesión en iCloud, sus favoritos y ajustes pueden sincronizarse entre sus dispositivos a través de su cuenta personal de iCloud (Apple CloudKit). Estos datos se almacenan exclusivamente en su propia cuenta de iCloud; nosotros, como desarrollador, no tenemos ningún acceso a ellos. Se aplica la Política de privacidad de Apple. En Android actualmente no existe sincronización entre dispositivos: los favoritos y ajustes se almacenan exclusivamente de forma local en su dispositivo.

Plazo de conservación: Todos los ajustes, favoritos y recordatorios permanecen de forma local en su dispositivo (en iOS, adicionalmente en su cuenta de iCloud, en su caso) hasta que usted los modifique o elimine en la app, o desinstale la aplicación.

La base jurídica de los tratamientos descritos es el art. 6(1)(b) RGPD (prestación de las funciones de la app que usted utiliza) y, en su caso, el art. 6(1)(f) RGPD (interés legítimo en una app funcional).

10. Sus derechos

Frente al responsable del tratamiento, usted tiene los siguientes derechos con respecto a sus datos personales:

Asimismo, tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control de protección de datos en relación con el tratamiento de sus datos personales. La autoridad competente es la Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Alemania.

11. Plazo de conservación (sitio web)

Las consultas realizadas a través del formulario de contacto, por correo electrónico o por mensajería se eliminan una vez que se han atendido definitivamente, siempre que no exista ninguna obligación legal de conservación que lo impida. Para el plazo de conservación de los datos relacionados con la app, véase el apartado 9.

12. Vigencia de esta política de privacidad

Esta política de privacidad tiene fecha de agosto de 2026. Se adaptará cuando sea necesario.
